The units adjacent to i25 are extremely loud however and that was not made clear initially. That's about where the good stops unfortunately.

Forget Social distancing it's not a thing here. Fire alarms go off. They'd only get picked up a couple times a week, so the halls were literally always littered with trash - sometimes large boxes that obstructed walkways too.- Amenities are nice when they are available and working, but the reality is that they were down semi frequently. School boundaries are subject to change.

The "secured" parking has been broken into multiple times (not that we were left aware-- If you live here, join next door if you haven't already), for the past 2 months the gate to get in the parking garage has been broken (seems like a waste of $100 a month if you ask me ‍), the "secured" bike storage has also been broken into on multiple occasions (we only knew from other residents informing us). The response was "clean it to the best of your ability." Like any work of art, the difference is in the details. Id recommend living here to anyone in the area.

Beyond them going to the bathroom in common areas as mentioned above, you should expect to hear barking and see dirty paw prints/dragged in mud everywhere.- College dorm atmosphere.
